Stockheim has joined the Save Food initiative, because as a gastronomic company we believe that it is essential to pursue the issue of food waste.
The topic is very popular in our company since a long time, still we are convinced that we can optimize many things. Through our participation in the initiative, we would also like to encourage other companies to rethink and improve their handling of food.
What lead us to this topic?
We want to leave the throwaway mentality of our time behind us, act holistically and sustainably, and address grievances both internally and externally.
