Awards with strong international resonance

Innovative packaging solutions, technologies and systems that reduce food loss or measurably improve sustainability take centre stage at SAVE FOOD on the big interpack platform. The SAVE FOOD Design Awards and the Sustainability Design Awards highlight ideas, developments and approaches that are already delivering real impact today.

With more than 100 submissions, the competitions send a strong signal about the relevance of innovative and sustainable solutions in the packaging industry.

Two categories that showcase innovation

SAVE FOOD DESIGN

For solutions that reduce food loss and waste along the entire value chain – from materials and technologies to holistic end-to-end concepts.

SUSTAINABILITY DESIGN

For products, machinery, systems and services with positive environmental impact and a reduced CO₂ footprint – including material efficiency, recyclability, ESG strategies and regulatory compliance.

A high-level jury composed of representatives from FAO, UNIDO and WPO carefully reviews the submissions and prepares everything for the award ceremony.
