FEFCO, the European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers, is aware of its responsibility. FEFCO already supported the SAVE FOOD Special Show at Interpack in May 2011 and is an official sponsor of the SAVE FOOD initiative.
Corrugated packaging contributes actively to a reduction of food waste and losses because Corrugated is not only a cost and space efficient means of storage but also a tool for protection purposes during production, handling and transport.
